樂高小姐很懷疑，台灣的夏天是不是一年比一年熱 （汗用飆的然後立馬剪短髮），還是樂高小姐待在國外的日子一年過了又一年，越來越適應不會流汗的夏天？！

Here comes to 8% ice that's newly open in Jan 2013 in the famous YongKang street.

(More and more people are crazy about YongKang street now that Dongmen station has been up and running for a while, tourists, local, and neighbours. )

永康街在東門站完工後，人潮真的是越來越多了！從以前不用排隊的小吃攤，餐館，甜點，到冰淇淋店！現在沒有一個不用排隊了 

今天來到今年一月新開張的8%ICE冰淇淋專門店（第一次注意到他是四月時吃飯路過，畢竟永康街就是樂高小姐從小三天兩頭跑的覓食處）

挑高黑色簡約裝潢讓樂高小姐探頭瞭解到底這間開在冰館舊址（現思慕昔）旁的冰淇淋專門店有什麼特別的地方

Gelato (Mango)芒果義式低脂冰淇淋 and Ice Cream Cone (Tropical Fruits)熱帶水果雙淇淋, both flavorful and delightful. 

兩種都不會太水也不會太軟，水果味很充足!

Its soft opening started in Jan 2013, and the grand opening was back in April. 

今年一月份開始試營運，四月份開始正式營運，冰淇淋價位NT＄100

"8%ice"，8%原意指的是義式冰淇淋Gelato的低脂含量，而8看起來也像是疊起來的兩球冰淇淋，平放則成了數學符號「∞」，代表無限可能，我們邀請各位蒞臨這場視覺與味覺的雙重饗宴，滿足飲食文化的無限想像- 8% Ice

永康街的8%ice is like a corner art gallery where you get to enjoy ice cream/ gelato while reading and walking through this space design for busy individuals to slow down a little and take a break to enjoy art and food. 

8%ice女老闆是法國藍帶學院Le Cordon Bleu出身的，也是4F Cooking Home烹飪教室的創辦人兼講師唷!

8%Ice的Gelato不是樂高小姐吃過最好吃的義式冰淇淋，但是最好吃的在溫哥華- Bella Gelato, 所以這裡的口味跟口感已經非常不錯，畢竟台北義式冰淇淋還沒有很多元.

樂高小姐共試了義式冰淇淋：芒果＆伯爵茶巧克力（55分）以及 雙淇淋：熱帶水果＆雪鹽黑糖 （65分）。

推薦的是芒果義式冰淇淋（85分)＆熱帶水果雙淇淋（90分）。
