The ★★★★★ must order item from the menu: Shio Ramen 鹽味拉麵
"Shio Ramen is the signature ramen which is mild and creamy soup seasoned with salt. Shio Ramen is the only ramen from Santouka that is topped off with a Japanese pickled plum."

到了台北。還是要點一樣的，不管是湯的味道還是麵的口感通通都保持水準喲！
Once landed in Taipei, LegoLady cound't wait to get to BR4 to check out the Santouka in Taipei!!
Not bad at all, the soup and the ramen itself tastes just like the ones in Vancouver!
Although LagoLady never got a change to check out the Santouka in Hokkaido, she knows that the quality are ganna be the same, if not better.
On the other end, there's Spicy Miso Ramen, both orders are delicious, the creamy soup are just about right, not too oily, not too thick, not too rich to a point one ended up not being able to eat too much.
